The short version
We collect only what the quote form asks for — your name, email, the offer you chose, and your message. We store it in your own browser, not on our servers. We do not sell, share, or profile you. We do not run tracking that deanonymises you.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we receive: your name, email address, the offer you selected, and the message you wrote.
How it works — and why it is deliberately simple
- Your message opens in your own email application addressed to Farouk (faroukpandor@gmail.com).
- A copy is saved in your browser’s local storage so the operator inbox can read it on the same device.
- There is no server database, no account, and no marketing list.
Automated abuse protection
To stop bots, the form uses a lightweight check (a hidden field, a timing check, and — when enabled — Cloudflare Turnstile). This filters automated spam; it does not harvest or sell personal data.
What we do not do
- We do not collect payment details on this page (the page cannot take money).
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
- We do not use cross-site tracking or advertising cookies.
The private operator OS
The holding’s operating system lives at /os and is private — search engines are told to leave and access is restricted. The books, people, and internal records there are never public.
Your rights
Under Botswana’s Data Protection Act 2018 and similar laws (POPIA in South Africa, GDPR for EU users), you may ask what we hold, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because leads live in your own browser, the simplest way to remove your data is to clear that browser’s storage — or email faroukpandor@gmail.com and we will delete our copy of the message.
